Default Need a TV and headphones

I'm going to school in a few weeks and the TV in my room is far too big for my dorm so, I figured I post here asking for some advice on a good TV to look into.

What I'll mainly be doing with the TV:

*Using it as a secondary monitor with my computer (for watching movies)
*Movies ( I have HD movies so I'd like 1080p but if it gets too pricey I'll have to downgrade)
and I guess watching TV, lol.
*a easy access headphone jack
*multiple USB ports
*would like it to be bigger than 26 inches

as for a price range I'd say I'd like to pay around 300-350 bucks, before a warranty.

Also about the headphones, I have surround sound here at the house but I'm going to need to get headphones for TV/video games so if I can find some that have a microphone that would be a big plus.

I don't want to spend more than 80 bucks for the headphones, so I don't think I'll find anything good.

You're not going to get usb ports on a tv with that budget.

Actually that ViewSonic doesn't look half bad.

Headphones with mics suck, and since you want it a good pair for gaming, get Senn 555's. Good all around headphones.
