Default Best E-Book Readers

Hey, I'm looking to purchase an E-Book reader for college and recreational reading. Does anyone have any suggestions about which E-Book Readers are really good?

Thanks in advance
phil.

Do you think the screen would be big enough for really big textbooks? I'm really looking to throw my calc 2 and college physics books on it.

right now I'm looking at the Kindle DX.
