Default Workout/Bodybuilding III: Revengeance

Interesting advice on the narrower stance. I don't think I am going to try it because this is the only time in my entire lifting career that I can squat these kind of weights with this kind of volumes with anything less than crippling calf pain. and I feel no pain now.

Will work on my elbows.

I was looking myself in the eyes. I need to look like ~3 ft up to see above the mirror. I think that is something that'll fall into place once I get more comfortable with low bar.

and the only two squat racks on campus are the im using and the one 5 ft to the left of the one I was using.
