Related, I woke up having spasms at 6:00 this morning. Second time this has happened in the past couple weeks. I lifted back yesterday so...
Tea told me before to stretch my hammies which I definitely should have so it's my fault and I probably should have done some core work as well. Any other suggestions? I fucking hate the things they hurt

I've been having trouble getting my calories in. I've always ate well in terms of nutrition, but just never ate that much, so when I got to college earlier this year I was 5'10 145 lbs. Now that I'm working out more, I'm trying to eat more but still struggle to get in the calories that I want. Anyways, I'm taking a good amount of classes this semester and with soccer I'm gonna be extremely busy, so what would be some good meals I could make myself just in a college lounge or in my room?

Have breakfast and shoot for at least 5-6 "meals." Eating early has definitely helped me set the pace for being able to eat throughout the day. I never ate breakfast on days I worked out (usually around 11ish), but after I worked out, I would be starving so it wasn't hard to just plow through food after a protein shake.

Going to be doing like 60% cardio/stretching and 40% lifting for awhile until this back situation figures itself out. It definitely needs rehabbing because there are days when it's good and others when bad (e.g. today stuck in school sitting and it sucks getting up to stand). I'm guessing the order should be: cardio -> lift -> stretch -> cardio? Or what's the better way to go about ending the workout?

What Willey said. Milk is great. A cup with each of your meals goes a long way. It's easier to drink your calories. I won't recommend GOMAD because that's a great way to get fat in 4 months. But 3 cups a day is an extra 250~ calories. Adds up fast.

Nuts, peanut butter, ground beef, 6 egg omelettes. Das my bulking shit right there.

Only if you don't lift hard. First time I did it, I gained 25lbs over 2 months and ended up leaner at the end. Second time I gained 10lbs and stayed around the same BF. It really comes down to how hard you're trying. If you just go through the motions, you'll start failing lifts or not progressing, and then yea, you'll get fat. I worked my ass off every session back then and kept progressing without getting fat.

speaking of recovery, did a bunch of recovery work last night and ate a stupid amount of food and slept so much I might do intensity day today even though I did light day yesterday. yolo
