take kre-alkalyn or magnapower creatine though; you don't have to load it, dramatically less water retention, and more potent per gram than monohydrate

Creatine Mono saturates the muscle cell 100%. No point in using anything else.

And you don't need to load creatine mono.

And intramuscular water retention is one of the most beneficial effects. A hydrated muscle cell is an anabolic muscle cell.

155x3x10 @65%1RM

dumbbell row 80x2x10

squat
260x5x5
that was awful, reps slow, felt like dying. almost only did 4 sets of 5.

seated cable row
130x2x10


I don't like dumbbell rows, gunna stop doing them. seated cable rows feel much better


no RDLs cause I felt death.

bench felt great though. that's cool.

not lifting agin till Monday so there's that.

I do. I bench twice a week, I do barbell rows one day with facepulls. then I guess I'm going to start doing a machine row the other.

messing around with pull variations to see what I like, pull-ups and barbell rows and facepulls are siik. seated cable rows probably gunna be the 4th

Oh lol good. I do that too. I do pull ups and chin ups when I bench, then do barbell rows and face pulls when I do OHP.
